Several potholes on E-bound carriageway

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3752886.

The succession of holes and ridges, just E of where the recent resurfacing was terminated, are a menace to cyclists. We risk either being unseated by the bumps, or mown down by traffic if we move R across the carriageway to avoid the bumps. It's been like this for years.
