Impassable footpath

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3751723.

Footpath from Cow Lane to Castle Shore playground is overgrown and impassable. HCC website says annual maintenance takes place in August. When will it happen and what does it entail. There appear to be several self seeded trees and thick brambles and nettles here.
