Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3751547.

The tenants of 148 seem to think that they can just dump their rubbish bags in piles in the street. I'm very concerned about the rats which have also been reported on. I have seen them fo it several times its a disgrace.
