Dumped garden rubbish / fire hazard

Alleyway running from Purcell Drive in Newport Pagnell - between the back gardens of Kennington Close and Whaddon Way. Someone has had a garden clearance and dumped lots of cut down trees and branches at the end of the alleyway. Alleyway is completely blocked by this rubbish. If the tree branches catch fire the fences both sides of the alleyway will go straight up in flames and it will spread along both rows of fencing. MK council have been requested to clear it 3 times since April - on their online form and by email. But they are not doing it.
