Litter & (Tesco) supermarket trolleys.

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3750366.

There are a number of deposits of domestic rubbish (bottles, drinks cans etc.) plus a number of supermarket trolleys abandoned along the length of the cycle lane from Barns Road to Long Lane and around the subway from Long Lane to The Oxford Academy (under the ring road).
