I’ve reported this several times and it’s always an issue around Oxford. The grass was cut but all the rubbish left (and some chopped up bits now because of the laziness). Can this please be cleared on both sides of the road and along the cycle path please. This sets a bad example, looks bad, and is bad for wildlife.
