Pothole with water leaking out

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3749449.

Came past this morning. theres now a new pothole in road with water leaking out of it. no idea if its a drain or water main leaking. had reported a water leak previously. pothole is new, had to swerve to avoid it.
