Block drain

The drain has been blocked with debris for many months. Drain opposite the road was broken and recently fixed and unblocked, but team declined to unblock this drain. It’s at the bottom of Ashford Hill outside the entrance to my property. When rain does eventually arrive it is a potential flooding hazard.
