Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3748090.

Stupid people somewhere close to area marked have been letting off FIREWORKS! How very dangerous and selfish can people get. Not knowing where these torches are going to land these people should be heavily fined. Don’t care what they are celebrating, It could cost lives! is that something to remember on your special day????
