Where has the cycle lane gone?

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3747065.

This road was resurfaced around 2 months ago, yet the cycle lane line has not been redrawn despite other road marking such as bus stops and keep clear being added. Since there are no double yellow lines this allows drivers to park their vehicles on what should be the cycle lane. Do the council value cycle infrastructure?
