Temporary lights

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3747055.

These temporary lights don’t give enough time for cyclists. This is an incline and there is a bend in the road, I was half way though the road works when cars starting moving from the other direction. Why are cyclists not taken into account? Especially on a very popular cycling route.
