The trip hazard caused by roots of solver birch tree is still there. Except that the tarmac has been treated with the slurry slip resurfacing treatment We now have a cleaned up trip hazard!! This is a great pity as the rest of the pavement where it has been renewed with slabs is a brilliant job

Echoing some of the earlier messages. It seems a pity that while the pavement repair contractors are in the vicinity ie very close feet away!, they have not been asked to fix this obvious problem Rest of their job is excellent!!
