Speeding and traffic noise

The main road through Adderbury causes some major speeding problems outside of my house/flat. I live opposite the entrance to The Rise on the main Oxford Road with the back of my house backing on to the main road. I feel there should be a speed camera or something outside my house on this main road to slow traffic down and to reduce loud traffic noise.
