Dangerous tree - falling branches, in front of 171 Syon lane

Many large branches have fallen off this tree the past few months and it is now causing damage. The front gate of my house fell off due to a branch falling on it. My car has also been damaged. A few times the branches fell on the pavement and would block the walkway. I have a newborn in my house and I get worried to walk in front of the house due to this tree because I am worried a branch will fall on my child. This is very dangerous, can someone please cut this tree down for our safety. Thank you.
