One of the residence is restricting on road parking. He has chained a trailer to a council tree and left it in the road for years. He also parks his car in a way that takes up a lot of space in order to stop people being able to park their cars. Today bricks were left in the highway to prevent people parking their cars. These have been left on path under a hedge and get moved onto the road when he sees a car coming (pictured)
