This is an ongoing problem whereby Glasgow city council are only cutting the grass a metre in from pavements and walkways , we now have a rotten smell coming into our gardens due to foxes and have had mice in the garden. Wondering if some of the huge weeds and thistles can be cut back as they are almost the height of our fences
