Damaged the walls of the bridge

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3741437.

Bridge over the River Jordan in Braybrooke which has damaged the walls of the bridge (stone work dislodged). Bridge over the road has been struck at road level and not on the archway underneath.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We have inspected the bridge today. While the damaged parapet is currently stable, we will add the repair of to our programme. The bridge is a Scheduled Ancient Monument, so we need to gain approval via Historic England before we carry out any works. From previous experience, this can be a slow process.
