Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3741368.

One of the metal drain covers is missing (dont know if has broken and fallen in to the drain or if t has been removed). Now there is effectively a big hole at the side of the road and anyone drives over this it will cause some serious damage
