The attached photo shows an office building not 5 metres from my decked area of my apartment on west bute street It is a call centre and from 09.00 to 19.00 all I can hear is constant phone calls being made and loud music while I try to relax on my well earned days off In the winter this is not an issue because the rear doors are not open but due to the heat the doors of the office are constantly open for all my neighbours to hear them Thank you Julian
