Road marking missing

There should be a big "Keep Clear" and line painted on the road, but as there have been so many potholes fixed the paint is no longer there. Non-locals have been parking in the area, not knowing that they are blocking the turning circle at the end of the road, making it difficult and dangerous to back down the road. There is no footpath for pedestrians, but a lot of people use it as a cut-through from town, so backing down the road only adds to that danger. The MG car club have had to put cones out, but these get knocked out of the way and it shouldn't be their responsibility to police who parks there.
