Planter difficult to pass

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3740480.

The plater on Rymers Lane has weeds which are overgrowing into the way of cyclists. Also the tree is overhanging into the same area.

It is very difficult to pass. If the council so badly want these, they do need to look after them and not just forget about them.
