Traffic lights not turning green for push bikes

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3740270.

I was waiting at the lights waiting to go through, however, as I was the only one waiting and on a push bike, it did not recognise that anyone was there and the lights never went green.
