Large commercial waste bin permanently located on pavement

There is a large commerical waste bin that is permanently stored on the pavement outside the newsagents. Pavements are not a location for the permanent storage of waste. It is very smelly, an eyesore, and flytipping has been attracted in the area.

  • This problem was first reported last August so I would like to add my report of the dangerous state of the pavements outside the Oxford Road shops in Abingdon. Is it not time something was done about the danger to pedestrians before somebody has an accident. I would also like to report the dangerous state of the surface of the adjacent lay by which could jeopardise vehicle steering when pulling in.
