Recycling waste dumped under a new dumping warning sign!

On 5 August in the evening I saw a cleaning lady from the Invisible Collection, 2-4 Huntsworth Mews, dump 3 bags, 2 recycling and one general waste, under a new No Dumping sign opposite 153-155 Gloucester Place. I told her she couldn’t do that so she moved the bags to a nearby tree! The following morning the 2 recycling bags were still there because we only have one recycling collection a week. So I moved the 2 bags back around the corner to the front door of the office. The company needs to be told not to dump their recycling when there is no collection!
