Uncut grass for over a year + glass rubbish dumped

Reported via iOS in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 20:22, Sunday 7 August 2022

Sent to North Kesteven District Council less than a minute later

Grass hasn’t been cut for over a year since I last reported the problem. Now covered in tree sprouts, dog muck, glass bottles, beer bottles, rubbish etc. weeds are 4ft to 5ft high. I have maintained some of it but my mower won’t cut through the dense foliage. A sit on mower came last year.

  • The area from Menerva way down to Romulas way is beyond a joke , The grass is knee high and sapplings have taken root, it is now being used as a dumping ground, nothing has been done to this strip for well over a year or more., its a health hazard due to dog fouling and a fire risk with glass bottles left there.please get it sorted asap.

  • Been reported for a month. No work been done at all. If anyone wants any young 6ft trees for FREE I’d recommend they come and dig them out. Bargain. Just mind the glass bottles, beer cans and dog poo. Photo doesn’t do the trees justice. The fence in the background is 5-6ft high.

  • Still nothing has been done to improve this strip of land , a house holder has been trying to keep one end tidy by cutting the grass, the saplings are getting very tall. It is an eyesore and needs clearing, already rubish and dog poo mounting up..
