Trip hazard and litter

Reported via iOS in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 21:17, Sun 7 August 2022

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3735938.

The weeds on the kerb are huge and an accident waiting to happen. There is nowhere to cross without weeds on the kerb in this stretch of pavement. The top of the road is covered with leftover barriers from the telecom companies who erected phone masts and didn’t take them away. They’re strewn all over the pavement at least 15 of them. From there to the end of the road the weeds are knee high and if anyone tripped over them while trying to cross the road they would fall onto this very busy stretch of road. There’s nowhere to cross except at the roundabout or down at Asda which is ridiculous. The litter here is increasing and it’s mostly Macdonalds takeaway cartons. The shop needs to be accountable for picking up their litter since the people buying aren’t.
