So the area is frequently graffiti vandalism and remains unsightly

People also ask Is graffiti illegal Scotland? It is illegal, graffiti is an act of vandalism and as such those offenders undertaking such acts can be charged with a criminal offence under section 52, Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995.

So whilst it is responsibility of local authority to ensure we live in a safe and pleasant Environment We have no one cleaning up grafitti vandalism which is not on Council property
