Consistently missed trash collection

Trash has not been collected for three weeks. Recycling has been collected, but only half of, and prior to last collection it wasn’t taken for a month.

I consistently put traffic cones out along the no parking are for access but this is consistently moved by this vehicle and others (this is the worst offender, here most days).

Trash needs to be collected because it is a public health issue at this point.

    This vehicle is blocking the pavement all day. Because it is next to a large plant box,.there is insufficient room for.anyone with wheelchair, pushchair, ir solar to get past.
