Drain in parking lay-bye Wood Street Higham Ferrers

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3733596.

Drain not cleaned for two years due to car parking on top of it. Recent drain cleaners said they would return if the drain could be kept clear. This has been done . . Could this drain be cleaned please.
