Garden waste dumped in front of garages

This has just been dumped 2/3 weeks ago and has been left in front of the garages in Fernlands Close, Chertsey, KT16. Tried to contact the council by phone but no answer.

    This rubbish/garden waste is still in front of the garages, gradually rotting. It has not been cleared 25.8.22.

    Still wait for this rubbish to be collected by the council which was reported on the 22nd August 2022. It’s still there with an additional pile of takeout food cartons. Please fix this!!!!!!
