Illegal signs obstructing sightlines at road junction

The signs stuck on the highway verge obstruct the sight lines to the left when leaving Crossing Road into Rose Lane, Palgrave. Neither the parish council, Mid Suffolk District Council, Suffolk Highways nor Suffolk Police will take responsibility for action. This is an immediate safety hazard and needs urgent attention please.

    This obstruction was reported on Fri 5th Aug why hasn't there been an update on this apart from sending it to the Council. Who when first reported they said it would be a Police mattet as it was an obstruction due to blocking on coming traffic from the left. I also tried to report it to Suffolk Police but after 2.5hrs being on hold on the phone i gave up. The resident himsslf is not always at home even though he is advertising his handy work . Its a serious obstruction an accident could well happen
