Parking spaces limited by metal barriers

We received notification that a skip would be needed in the street due to work being undertaken at 75 Skirving Street. Instead metal barriers have been in place since 1st August taking up 3 to 4 parking spaces. Also at the junction of Skirving Street and Tantallon St, 2 cabins have been placed in a parking bay again taking up 3 to 4 parking spaces. Parking is already very difficult in the area and this is unacceptable particularly as we were not informed beforehand. Interestingly no work appears to be happening!
