Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3729001.

The bollard was hit when works were recently undertaken. The bollard has completely been knocked out from its fixings.

I have raised this to the Street Lighting Team who will aim to begin repairs as soon as possible.
