Decorative tree lighting not working on Beckenham Green

New lighting was added to the big trees on Beckenham Green as part of high street redevelopment. They have not been working for over a year now! Why are these not being maintained as they add a lot to The Green!

  • The tree lights along Albermarle road are now working but the lights in the big trees on the high street side of the green are still not working.

    The lights hanging from the 4 trees within the brick planters are still not working!

  • Thank you for your enquiry, as noted the lights here were installed as part of the redevelopment of Beckenham High Street but do not fall under the Street Lighting Team, the relevant team is reviewing the options available for these lights to either return to working order or if necessary remove them.
