Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3728587.

This has been reported previously and I'm guessing temporarily fixed. The door is broken, swinging open and bags of dog poo are falling out. this is just inside the children's play area.
