Persistent fly tipping

There has been persistent fly tipping in this spot for over a year. It was recently cleared a few days ago but 2 days later the tipping started again. The image was from last week before it was cleared, the images with the brown chair ,washing machine and beds and mattresses are from today. Whoever cleared it has had to pay and it waste people responsible for the junk. Its a major fire hazard too.
