Hello This is the alley behind the odd number houses on Merton Avenue. The residents of the next street over regularly use our alley to dump refuse. Up to now I have been able to take this stuff to the dump, but I am getting too old to handle it any more. There's a mattress close to my gate I cannot shift and further up access is utterly impossible.

    Our alley is completely blocked by items put over the wall from the next street, in the event of a fire people and fire fighters would be blocked.
