Leaves and rubbish in connecting path between Cheney Lane and Headington Road

Reported via desktop in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 07:27, Wed 3 August 2022

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3726505.

There is a little connecting path between the end of Cheney Lane and stepping onto Headington Road. This has not been cleaned for months. There are a lot of old leaves, which block the drain there when it rains. In addition, a lot of people drop litter when walking through. It should be on your regular cleaning schedule, but I am not convinced it is. Could you please clean this - and ideally do it regularly? Thank you!

  • Dear Fix My Street,

Thank you for trying to fix this. Perhaps your crew attended in the wrong place. Unfortunately nothing has changed and nothing was cleaned - please see attached photo. It would be helpful if this could be cleaned, please? The leaves block drains, and the litter (which I usually try and remove), is getting a bit much and is not particularly nice.

    Thank you
