Overgrown Trees, footpaths dangerous

Trees are still overgrown in allocated parking in Glastonbury Close. Trees are touching tops of vehicles. Paths under the trees are dangerous to walk on as there's so many fallen branches on the ground which in turn gets blown into the car park. Would it be possible to have the area cleaned up under the trees and have the trees cut back
