The person that has Allotment Number 1 keeps leaving all his rubbish all over the allotment and now has left a pile of rubbish along the driveway by a neighbours back fence for over a week. This is the view I have of his mess and rubbish everywhere…please could he be contacted to remove it all as it’s considered fly tipping! The whole allotment is full of rubbish he just seems to dump everything there which is not the purpose of having an allotment.
