Cones outside 4 houses

Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3718382.

There are 5 traffic cones on opposite side of houses. This is making people not be able to park there to go to the shop and the doctors. People are having to drive in one lane and it is also near a junction
