Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3717164.

Railings reported missing back in approximately February,22. Very steep road—Beach Rd.Babbacombe, Council eventually put up 3 red barriers, as a temporary fix? Now barriers fallen away down cliff, one remaining nearly covered in vegetation. Nobody would be aware of the drop, potential for accident very high.
