Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3716758.

People across the street are running a garage taking up most the car parking spaces and having cars and large vans parked on pavements so people can barley get past plus excessive noise using phematic power tools and loud music till late at night this has been going on and getting progressively worse
