Black Vauxhall been in same location with broken mirrors/dented body work for 8 weeks+. Not owned by any neighbours (I have asked).

Updates

Bizarrely a vehicle that has been in situ for 15 weeks+, that is damaged, has not moved an inch and has not been accessed in that period (as far as I can tell - I placed a little 'marker' on drivers door). Just odd. How long is it to be left in location deteriorating and looking an eyesore? Just odd.
