Pavement tarmac cracking and falling apart and weeds everywhere

Pavements along butleigh avenue have been patch repaired badly. Now the tarmac is cracking and coming away in chunck's making the pavement uneven and a trip hazard. It also looks bad.

On another note, there are weeds growing everywhere on this road. On the pavements....on the road itself, curbs and gulleys. Road never seems to have any maintenance done by the council.
