Vehicles park on double yellows near busy junction.

Vehicles, like the one in the photo, regularly park on double yellows in Lychgate Lane causing a hazard at the junction with Church Street, Windsor Street, Lutterworth Road. If a vehicle is entering Lychgate Lane and another vehicle is attempting to exit the lane they cannot pass, the vehicle entering is then obstructing the view of traffic coming from Church Street (particularly if it is high sided) of the vehicle exiting and neither can move safely.
