Car Parked in Private Parking Space

We have a car parked in a private off street parking space. This car is not allowed to park here and is blocking access for a contractor visit today.

There are signs stating that is a private parking space.

The vehicle is a black Mercedes registration number

Could you please advise how we can deal with this and get it removed, or in contact with the owner.
