For nearly 4 weeks now they expect the council to keep clearing up after them they have cars and must know were the tip is .. the back garden is worse

    How many times does this need to be reported .. am i just wasting my time and what do i pay council tax when we have to pick up the neighbours litter before i can enter my own house ..
