Streetlight not coming on

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3710497.

The only streetlight in Simmons Way is not coming on due to a very large tree blocking it. The landlord @ no.13 has been sent a letter requesting that the tree be cut back but there has been no response. Complaints have been received from all residents.

  • Please could you provide an update on this as the tree has still not be trimmed back and it's preventing the street light from coming on.

  • Urgent update required on this one please. This area is very dark as the streetlight does not come on at all as it is covered by the tree.

  • Streetlight not working at all outside 13 Simmons Way. Area very dark to access residents car park at top of street.
