Temporary traffic light issues

When waiting before turning right in to Station Rd from the A1170 the temporary barriers are in a position to create a blind spot that prevents a clear view of traffic approaching from the north of the junction. It is also not clear who has right of way: the vehicle turning right in to Station Rd or the vehicle turning left in to Station Rd from the north of the junction. A temporary give way sign on the southbound carriageway for those vehicle turning left in to Station road will make this clear.
